Hi Folks,

My interview with a experienced SAP Logistics Business Management Expert , Pradeep Pravam of Pravam Pte Ltd, Singapore, who has over a decade long experience of working on SAP Projects - addresses a very key focus area to SAP Implementations which is reducing the invisible costs that many enterprises hardly pay attention to. And Pradeep’s prescription to counter this invisible demon (which has benefited all his clients who have adopted this) is to implement ROI based process solution, business process Re-engineering to their SAP implementations.

During this very informative dialogue, listeners will be entertained with interesting facts and prescriptions that Pradeep shares with us. He elaborates on this ROI methodology, its difference with conventional implementation method and explain its value to the customers and reiterates that this methodology can be used not only around Logistics areas of the project but also others.

When asked for the statistics of such ROI methodology on SAP implementations in terms of saving costs, Pradeep provides a few examples of his existing clients who have actually saved from 27% to 30% with his prescriptions. That is indeed a sizeable amount to save:)

At the end of the discussion Pradeep has shared ways and means people can get in touch with him. For the benefit of the readers here - please feel free to contact Pradeep via his company website www.pravam.com or email him pradeep@pravam.com.

I was infact suggesting to Pradeep for a webinar where we could be joined by many other BPR experts and customers who may want to know more on this ROI based Business Re-engineering Methodology on SAP projects. So if anyone is keen on taking part in a webinar, do let either one of us know.

And Yes, I decided to get a little creative (some may call it noisy) with a signature tune and a background tune thanks to a free download from this interesting website http://www.royaltyfreeinstrumentals.com

For more queries on SAP and the happenings in the ERP space, do feel to contact me through twitter id shaamel and I will do my best to respond usefully to you - Until the next time - Stay Cheerful!
